Please read the information below to learn how to properly prepare for your upcoming Standard Cleaning service!

Avoid extra fees by being prepared! Don't hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.

Standard Cleaning

Pre-Cleaning Checklist

Tasks to be done by the CLIENT before the Cleaners arrive.

General

  • Make Sure all children and pets are kept away from cleaners and equipment

  • Pick up all loose items around the house so all surfaces can be properly cleaned

Kitchen

  • Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items on Floor and Countertops

  • Unload Dishwasher (We Can Re-Load it For You if There are Dirty Dishes)

Bathrooms

  • Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items on Floor and Countertops

  • Flush all toilets & ensure no bodily fluids are present

Bedrooms

  • Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items on Floor and surfaces

  • Flush all toilets & ensure no bodily fluids are present

What to Expect During Your Cleaning

We don't want to catch you blind

Language

Our Cleaners first languages are Spanish & Portuguese with conversational fluency in English. They will be using a translation app to communicate to ensure that everything is understood during your home cleaning.

Tour

If it is our first visit, we will ask for a walkthrough of your home, so that our Cleaners know where all the rooms & bathrooms are located in your home. This will also help orient our Cleaners to know where to begin cleaning.

Final Tour

Once a cleaning is complete, our Cleaners will ask you to do a final walkthrough of your home, before they leave. This is to ensure that cleaning meets your expectations.

Signature

Once the you have approved our Cleaner's work, we will have you approve their work with a digital signature, to ensure that all items within the home have been cleaned to your expectations.

Changes

During booking, please share all cleaning notes & needs. This will help us best prepare our cleaning team to know what to expect for your cleaning. Note: For every cleaning, we will clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen area & living spaces. If items not discussed during your booking (i.e. an office or basement) are present during a cleaning without our office being notified, they will not be cleaned. Please do not ask our Cleaners to do additional tasks not discussed during the booking because they are on a schedule. Please contact (978) 615-9894 or bookings@bohioclean.com 24 hours before your cleaning for any cleaning changes.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

Email bookings@bohioclean.com or text (978) 615-9894 24 hours before your cleaning, to cancel or reschedule. Less than the 24 hour curtesy, we will apply a $50 Cancellation/ Rescheduling Fee.

Lock-Out

Our Cleaners take time to prepare for you cleaning. If there are no entrance instructions given at the time of your booking, we expect that someone will be available to give our cleaners entrance. If our cleaners arrive at your property without entrance, we will charge a $75 Lock Out Fee.

If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning experience, we'll come back out to clean the things that were left unsatisfactory within 48 hours, guaranteed! That said, we do our best to educate our customers on how to properly prepare for their cleaning, especially if it's your first time booking with us.
